This is our HID constructor. Here, choose from the different options to make the perfect kit for your car.

Wattage: The brightness / intensity of the light.
Globe Type: Dependent on your light sockets in your headlights. Research what your car takes. Usually specified on the face of the light.
Globe Colour: Lower numbers are a more white light, higher numbers are a more blue light. This does not mean a higher number will let you see farther.

When you buy a H.I.D Kit from JTX you are supplied with: 2x Globes, 2x Ballasts, Wiring Kit (if required, dependent on type of light) and instructions.

HID (High Intensity Discharge) trumps everything with exceptional brightness and very long range. The light output of HID is amazing. HID works by passing a constant spark or arc of electricity across a field of Xenon gas. To achieve such an arc the volts are increased by ballasts which transform 12v or 24v to 23,000 volts. By it’s very nature power at those volts wants to short out and so it is important to stick with quality brands such as JTX when using HID to maintain reliability.

Are they water proof ? YES  This HID kit (Ballasts and globes) works completely submerged under water.
